The listing page before and after FBA goods are put on the shelf
 
Before and after the products sent to the FBA warehouse are signed for by Amazon, the display status of the product listing page depends on the product launch date you set.
 
That is, the following settings.
 
If the product launch date you set has arrived, and the product has not yet been signed for and put on the shelf by the Amazon warehouse, under normal circumstances, the approximate launch time will be displayed, as shown in the figure below.
 
If the product launch time you set has not yet arrived, even if the product has been signed by the warehouse, the product listing page will still display the "Currently Unvailable" status, as shown in the figure below.
How to charge FBA storage fee
 
FBA storage fees are charged monthly, and the monthly storage fees will be deducted between the 7th and 15th of each month.
 
The seller can choose the payment method by himself, which can be set in the "payment information setting" of the seller's backstage.
 
Method 1: Account deduction, that is, deduction from the seller’s sales income.
 
Method 2: The credit card method is to deduct from the credit card bound by the seller.
 
After the store is registered, the default method is the deduction method of method 1. If you want to deduct from the credit card, you can set it in the seller's background.
 
Not only storage fees, but all payment methods, such as advertising fees, long-term storage fees, warehouse removal fees, etc., will be charged in accordance with the above-mentioned deduction methods after setting up here.

The problem of modifying the listing after shipment
 
Can I modify the listing after the goods are shipped?
 
Before the goods are put on the shelves, your listing can be changed at will.
 
After the product is on the shelf, the modification of the listing may be subject to certain restrictions.
 
For example, the modification of title and main image may be affected by listing lock.
 
In the case of listing lock, you can directly open a case for processing.
 
Amazon's purpose in doing so is also to ensure the accuracy of the platform's search algorithm.
 
If you keep changing the title and main picture of a product that is already on the shelves, it will affect the customer's shopping experience and may also cause unfair competition.

Can multiple products be mixed
 
Products can be mixed, or separate SKU products can be packed in the same box.
 
The difference is that when uploading FBA product information, different packing types are selected.
 
There are 2 types of packing in Amazon backend, as shown in the figure below.
 
The first type, mixed products, refers to products with more than one SKU in a single box.
 
The second type, original packaging and delivery, refers to products with only one SKU in a single box.
 
For example, your product is shoes, with sizes 1/2/3/4, etc. (other variations are not considered). If you put these different sizes in a box, you have to choose the first one.
 
If you only have one size product in a box, choose the second method.

What should I do if I accidentally delete the listing?
 
Some sellers accidentally deleted the Listing due to hand mistakes during their daily operations.
 
In fact, don't worry, just use the batch table to upload the products again.
 
During the upload process, try to edit according to the original listing content, and then try to fill in the information that needs to be completed.
 
After re-uploading, it will return to normal soon.
 
If it does not recover within a period of time, just open a case and ask customer service to refresh it for you.
