FBA shipping to door process
1. Consult to confirm the FBA sea-to-door price
According to the customer's inquiry about the container type/bulk party number, HS code, FBA delivery address and other information of the FBA seaborne export goods, as well as the customer's service needs, we will provide customers with the most suitable international sea-to-door price.
2. Book an international shipping position
After accepting the entrustment, SUN STAR will confirm the appropriate shipping schedule in the first time according to the cargo situation, delivery time, and the client's requirements, book the space with the shipping company, and provide timely feedback to the guests.
3. Container loading/returning
After booking the space, arrange for the trailer to pick up the containers at the container terminal and load the containers at the place designated by the client. After the cargo is loaded and sealed, the goods will be returned to the terminal.
4. General trade export declaration
After returning the container to the international shipping terminal, arrange the export declaration of the cargo of the ticket, and follow up the progress of the cargo declaration, and communicate and coordinate with the client in a timely manner.
5. Import declaration at the port of destination country
After the container arrives at the port of destination, our local customs clearance company arranges customs transit or import customs clearance, and provides tax bills for tax payment.
6. Delivery of goods to designated warehouses
After the client arranges the payment of freight and taxes, the local trailer is arranged to be delivered to the FBA warehouse.
